Dear Friends--

Colorado Springs Queer Collective is proud to set the standard in LGBTQ leadership. Our mission is to address inequality, re-invest in the local economy, and celebrate the creative contributions of queer, trans, and two-spirit communities. We lead with a visible commitment to intersectional and intergenerational work. Our 2015-2016 theme was "Race, Class, and Gender in Colorado Springs". Our 2016-2017 theme will be "Radical Inclusivity" following the recent visit of Mother Miller and Reverend Bishop Yvette Flunder at First Congregational Church.

This year, we are pleased to co-sponsor #QUEERFEST in collaboration with Colorado Springs Pridefest Inc. and Cottonwood Center for the Arts in Downtown Colorado Springs. Be sure to join us for The 2nd Annual People's March leaving from The 26th Annual Colorado Springs Pride Parade and Festival in America the Beautiful Park at 4PM  on Saturday July 9, 2016. Queer Collective is proud to co-host "Urban Interventions" at Cottonwood afterwards from 6-9 PM and After Hours at Studio A64 til midnight. There will be a Sunday Service at Unitarian Universalist Church at 10 AM Sunday July 10th titled "Reflections on The People's March" 1 hour before the Traditional Pride Parade at 11 AM.
